Legal Translation
We translate all kinds of legal and non-legal documents involving the Arabic and English languages. We have extensive experience working on contracts, court submissions, witness statements, and court judgments. We also assist in drafting legal texts such as notices, correspondence, legal advice, and internal policy documents mainly addressed to Arabic speakers or need to be in bilingual form.
We offer our clients three translation quality levels:
01. Tier 1 (JUNIOR)

Tier 1 Translation
This translation is prepared and quality checked by our trainee and junior legal analysts. This is recommended when a very quick turnaround and cost savings are a priority. This would be suitable for internal use and for information purposes reviews. Tier 1 translations may contain some relevant legal translation errors particularly in legal documents that require senior legal experience, and inconsistencies in the terminology used for bigger documents ordered on a super rush basis.
02. Tier 2 (SENIOR)

Tier 2 Translation
This translation is quality checked twice, including a review for legal meaning and consistency. This is carried out by our senior legal analysts who are qualified lawyers or have an extensive legal education and training. This translation tier is recommended for internal or external use when there is no critical weight on every word in the translation.
03. Tier 3 (SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT)

Tier 3 Translation
This is our subject matter expert translation which is reviewed by our principal legal analysts who are English law qualified lawyers with extensive experience drafting and working in Arabic and have 10+ years international experience. This is recommended for cases where legal reliance on the translation is expected and for external use in particular where critical weight will be given to every term used in the translation. This is also recommended when the source text is of a highly complicated legal nature.
